By confirming a booking reservation with Luxurious Accommodations in Prague, you certify that you have read, understand and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

For the convenience of our customers, Luxurious Accommodations in Prague offers automatic online reservations and payments directly on our website or that of our payment partners for all of our luxury apartment rentals. We require a deposit of thirty percent of the total apartment rental fee, plus VAT upon the confirmed booking of our luxurious rental properties. Visa, Master Card and PayPal accounts are debited automatically when you book your luxury apartment on our site through our secure payment partners. American Express accounts will be billed directly by us within twenty four hours of the time of your booking. In the case of Bank Wire Transfers, credit to our account is expected by the end of the 3rd business day after the date of booking. When wire transfer is selected on the booking form, you will receive our bank wire instructions in the confirmation email sent to all clients immediately after the booking confirmation. In the event of non-payment, one of our representatives will attempt to contact you by email, telephone or both to rectify the situation.

Luxurious Accommodations in Prague reserves the right to cancel reservations not conforming to the above payment conditions. All information entered on our booking form and pages of our payment partners is stored and sent in encrypted format. See our website privacy statement further down this document. If you still feel uncomfortable about sending payment information over the internet, we are happy to take your luxury apartment reservation over the telephone.

In most cases, you will forfeit your deposit if your reservation is canceled within thirty calendar days of your check-in date. In the case of complete cancellations due to weather or other “acts of God”, upon verified confirmation, we may be inclined to work with you on recovering part or all of your deposit; this is completely at our discretion. The same holds true for medical emergencies, if verified by a receipt and other means, from a doctor’s office or hospital. The exceptions are primarily dependent on whether or not we are able to rebook your reservation. Cancellations received more than thirty calendar days from the date of check-in are entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

Our posted prices include up to two adults.   There is an additional €20.00 for each additional adult per night.  Adults are considered age 14 and older for our pricing calculation.  Children under the age of 14 stay free.

Extended Stay Discounts

After Ten Nights - Fifteen Percent

After Thirty Nights - Thirty Five Percent
After Sixty Nights - Forty Five Percent

These discounts are off the price of the posted flat rate for the applicable season(s) and apply to your entire stay.  These discounts are automatically calculated on our site when you enter the dates of your stay.

Upon check-in, you will be met by one of our concierges at the entrance to your building. Our concierges will assist you with your bags, provide you with the keys, acquaint you with your “new home” and answer any questions that you may have. If you ordered a laptop computer or mobile phone with your rental, our concierge will also have these items in hand. Also upon check-in, we will pre-authorize your credit card for the entire length of your stay. Your initial deposit will be held by us as collateral against any Additional Services, food and drink items or possible damages. Cash payers must provide us the full amount of the stay, plus an additional ten percent, as an added deposit. We accept cash in Euros, Czech Crowns, British Pounds and U.S. Dollars.  Check in time is 4:00 pm.

Upon check-out, you will again be met by one of our concierges to account for food and drink items, do a quick inspection and finalize the financial matters. If you paid by credit card, the balance of your account will be credited back to your card. If you paid in cash, your balance will be returned to you in the currency in which it was paid. Should you so desire, a final hand written invoice will be provided; in any case, a fully computer generated invoice will be immediately emailed to your email address. Our concierges will answer any last minute questions and assist you with your bags to the curb.  Check out time is noon.

Complete maid service is provided after every forth night at no cost to our guests. Additional maid service may be purchased at the rate of €35.00 per day. You may inform us of your desire for additional maid service upon your arrival, or any time during your stay. For extended stays, maid service is reduced by one day per each extended stay discount period.

Transportation Service

In the unlikely event that your property needs repairs or is otherwise uninhabitable upon your arrival or during the course of your stay, Luxurious Accommodations in Prague reserves the right to substitute a property of equal or greater value.

The website, Luxurious Accommodations in Prague is exclusively owned and operated by Alpha Enterprises s.r.o., and we respect your right to privacy and will protect it when you visit our web site. We do not sell or give away your email address, personal and financial information or travel details to anyone, unless required to do so, under subpoena by law enforcement or government agencies. Your personal information entered into our Reservation Form is 256-Bit SSL encrypted and the validity of our security certificate can be viewed anytime by clicking on the GlobalSign Logo at the bottom of our web pages.
