Bookings are offered in real time. When you get the confirmation, the apartment is yours. See our Terms & Conditions page for our cancellation policy. Our booking pages are 256-bit SSL encrypted and we don't give or sell your personal information to anyone. You may print your booking details on the confirmation page, however an automatic email is sent to your email address immediately after your confirmation which contains all the booking details. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is noon. We may be able to get you in sooner if the apartment hasn't been rented the night before and late check outs are usually possible if we don't have your apartment booked on the day you leave.
All of our luxury apartments are fully appointed with luxurious towels, robes, bedding, blow dryers, shampoo and conditioner and most are equipped with either a washer/dryer combo or separates.
What to Watch Out for When Renting an Apartment in Prague
The term "Luxury Apartment" is a very subjective term here in Prague. Nearly every apartment rental website advertises "Luxury Apartments" for short term rent, but after viewing the photos, it seems that if the apartment is clean and has a toilet, it somehow becomes a luxury apartment. We pride ourselves on finding only the best luxury apartments here in Prague for listing on our website, and trust us, this is no easy task. Typically, even our lowest rated properties are more luxurious than you will find on any other apartment rental website here.
One of the most important things to watch out for when renting an apartment here is the bed. Westerners are use to sleeping on a king or queen size bed were the mattress and comforter are all one piece. Here it is "normal" to have a mattress that is split down the middle with two separate comforters or blankets. If you are sharing a bed with your partner, this becomes very uncomfortable sometime around the middle of the night when one of you sinks into the split between the mattress and one of the comforters has slipped off the bed.
